Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

After your order has been placed, we will submit the shipping request within 2 business days through      furgefutar.hu. The system automatically selects the most cost-effective available shipping option.  

 

Depending on the destination and availability, the shipment may be handled by courier companies such as FedEx, DHL, GLS, TNT, UPS or similar trusted shipping providers.  

 

After we submit the shipping request, the courier usually collects the package on the following business day. From the day of pickup, the estimated delivery time is generally:  

 

    Within the European Union: 2–3 business days
    Outside the European Union: 6–9 business days  

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier company, destination country, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.  

 Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number and tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment at any time.   

Customs and Import Duties

 For shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance may be required. We do not handle customs clearance procedures directly. Customs clearance is carried out by the customs authority or customs clearance office of the destination country.   Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.  We provide the necessary customs documentation for each shipment when required.   

Battery Shipping

If the ordered product contains a battery, it will be packaged and shipped in accordance with the applicable shipping and safety regulations.
